Domestic Delivery

 

We offer free delivery on purchases over ₹5000.
Orders below this amount will have a delivery fee of ₹99.

The estimated delivery time for Standard Delivery is 4–10 business days.
We currently do not offer express shipping options.

 

International Delivery

 

We offer standard international shipping on all eligible products.

Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–12 business days.

Order Cancellation

 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation is only possible in cases where we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeline.

 

Delivered but Not Received Policy

 

At Sri Kankariya, we ensure that every order is shipped through secure and trackable courier partners.
This policy outlines the process to follow if the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the customer claims they have not received the parcel.

 

Courier Delivery Proof

 

Once the courier marks an order as Delivered, we rely on the delivery proof shared by the courier company, which may include:

  • Delivery OTP confirmation

  • Delivery signature (POD – Proof of Delivery)

  • Delivery photograph (if available)

  • GPS location of the delivered parcel

  • Delivery agent’s delivery report

This delivery proof is considered final and binding unless proven otherwise through investigation.

 

Complaint Window (24–48 Hours)

 

If a customer has not received the parcel despite the tracking showing “Delivered,” they must contact us within 24–48 hours of the delivery update.

Complaints raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for investigation, refund, or replacement.

 

Mandatory Customer Verification

 

Before we initiate an investigation with the courier, customers must verify:

  • Whether any family member, neighbour, security guard, or reception collected the parcel

  • Whether the delivery address provided was accurate and reachable

  • Whether the customer was available at the address on the delivery day

 

Courier Investigation (5–7 Working Days)

 

Once a valid complaint is received, we initiate an official investigation with the courier partner.
This investigation typically takes 5–7 working days.

 

Possible Outcomes

✓ If the courier confirms a delivery error:

A replacement or refund will be issued, depending on product availability.

 If the courier provides valid delivery proof:

The order will be considered successfully delivered, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

 

Conditions Where No Refund/Replacement Will Be Provided

  • Valid delivery proof received from the courier

  • Customer fails to contact us within 48 hours

  • Customer provides a wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location

  • Repeated false claims identified by our team

  • Customer does not cooperate during the investigation
