If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must communicate this to us within 2 days of the date the package was delivered to your address. Notifications received after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom-made pieces or items purchased during a clearance sale, are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Store in separate zip lock bags with air squeezed out to avoid damages.

3. Wipe it gently with a clean cloth after each use, to increase longevity.
