Return & Exchange Policy

At Sri Kankariya, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our store to ensure it meets our standards. Because our products are delicate and often handcrafted, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.


1. Notification Period

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must communicate this to us within 2 days of the date the package was delivered to your address. Notifications received after this 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.

  • In the original packaging, including any boxes, pouches.

3. Store Credit Policy

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, or credit card reversals). Upon receiving and approving your return, we will issue a Store Credit for the value of the item.

  • Store credit will be sent to your registered email address as a unique code.

  • This credit can be applied toward any future purchase on our website.

4. Shipping for Returns

The cost of shipping the item back to our facility in Chennai is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom-made pieces or items purchased during a clearance sale, are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
