We accept returns only in the case of a damaged or defective product received at delivery. No other reason qualifies for a return or exchange.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

To raise a return request, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Please share: your order number, clear photos/video of the damaged product, and an unboxing video (strongly recommended as proof).

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be processed as an exchange for the same or equivalent product.

For size-related queries (applicable for bangles only), please refer to our Size Guide available on the product page before placing your order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for size-related issues.

The following will not be accepted: doorstep refusal or non-acceptance of delivery, change of mind or incorrect size/design selection, items that have been worn, altered, or tampered with, and requests raised after 7 days of delivery.

Note: Refusing delivery at the doorstep does not constitute a valid return and will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
